How to Fill Your Business with Raving Fans

Have you ever read the book “Raving Fans?” to sum it up: 

“Raving Fans” is a parable-style story that teaches how to define a vision, learn what the customer really wants, and deliver effective systems that turn customers into raving (and spending) fans.

When I first started working behind the chair in 2005, I loved my clients and they loved me, but I didn’t know how to turn them into ‘RAVING FANS’ which ultimately led to me getting another job because I couldn’t make ends meet (but that’s a story for another day). 

If you are in the same boat I was, or you feel like you’ve hit a growth ceiling… it’s likely that the problem is; no one is talking about your business. 

This is a huge problem! 

Because the reality is, clients come and go, people cancel, plans change, the economy changes, and if you do not build a business to weather the storms, you’re going to crumble when the tides change - if you know what I’m saying.

I want you to create an experience your clients can’t help but rave about you! An experience that changes the way they feel from the inside out! 

How do you do this?

#1 Thorough Consultations: Sit down, face to face with your clients and cover everything from haircut to shine and product recommendations. Solve the problems they are having and they will LOVE YOU! 

#2 Take Notes: take notes of not only what formulas you used, but also what your clients were up to. Were they going on vacation? Were they starting a home project? Write it down and follow up on their progress when they return. They will feel like they are your only client and 100% VIP.

#3 Continue your education and improve your skill level. Your clients want your professional opinion, direction, and expertise. They LOVE when you not only listen to what they want, but you recommend how to get there or what might be a better option for them.
